About Us

John and I (Anne) with our son Eoghan have a suckler farm here in Fanore. We breed our cattle for beef. Our vivsitors are welcome on the farm and many love to see the baby calves.

We love welcoming people to this area and really enjoy making sure they have a really good experience when they’re here. We live close by so we are on hand to help with recommendations and local knowledge when needed.

Farming has been a way of life in John’s family for many generations.

I moved here almost 20 years ago and, since then, we have diversified by introducing alpacas. Our herd was the first in Ireland and our visitors are welcome to get up close with these cheeky fluffy animals. Our most recent adventure is Burren Mountain Tours where we offer visitors a driving experience over our 1,000 acre burren mountain, where they learn about life and farming the Burren and experience part of this limestone paradise only seen by locals.
