What’s special about Fanore Holiday Cottages is the perfect combination of the old and the new. Each cottage retains the charm of the traditional Burren cottage with the benefit of a modern twist for comfort and convenience.
The views from each of the cottages are spectacular. On one side you have the Atlantic Ocean, Galway Bay and the Aran islands and on the other you have the vast expanse of limestone paving of the Burren mountains.
The cottages are within easy walking distance of the beach, approx. 10 mins, and the village is just 3km away with a pub and shop.

4 Bedroom Cottages Sleeps 7/8
We have three 4-bedroom cottages which occupy a large off road site with ample parking and large green areas separating each cottage. These are ideal for families with young children or anyone looking for a quiet location but still just a short distance from the beach and the village.
5 Bedroom Cottage, sleeps 10
This is an original Burren farmhouse and is over 130 years old. It was John’s grandparents house where his father and siblings were reared. It has been extended and extensively renovated to provide all modern conveniences in a comfortable and traditional setting. It still retains many features of the original house such as the half door main entrance and 2 beautiful stone fireplaces in the sitting room and dining room.
